Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Account in the app and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose migg Plus. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.
I got a new phone. Where is my room?
Your room, your koala and your progress are saved to iCloud. Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on the new phone, open migg, and give it a moment to sync.
Can the sounds play all night?
Yes. Rooms loop all night and keep playing when the screen is locked. You can also set a timer so they stop on their own.
How does stardust work?
Stardust builds up while you sleep. Collect it in the morning and use it to buy furniture, or exchange it for stars. The Night box shows every item and its odds, and duplicates turn back into stardust.
How do I change the language?
Open Account in the app and choose a language, then close migg from the app switcher and open it again.

購入を復元するには？
アプリの「アカウント」から「購入を復元」をタップしてください。購入したときと同じApple Accountでサインインしている必要があります。
サブスクリプションを解約するには？
iPhoneの「設定」を開き、ご自身の名前 ＞ サブスクリプション ＞ migg Plus から解約できます。現在の期間が終わる24時間前までに解約してください。無料体験の期間中に解約した場合、料金はかかりません。
機種変更したら、お部屋はどうなりますか？
お部屋もコアラも進み具合も、iCloudに保存されています。新しいiPhoneで同じApple AccountでiCloudにサインインし、miggを開いて少し待つと戻ってきます。
音は一晩中流せますか？
はい。ルームの音は一晩中ループし、画面をロックしても流れ続けます。タイマーで自動的に止めることもできます。
ほしくずとは？
眠っている間にたまるポイントです。朝に受け取って、家具を買ったりスターに両替したりできます。ナイトボックスは中身と提供割合をすべて公開しており、ダブりはほしくずに戻ります。
言語を変えるには？
アプリの「アカウント」で言語を選び、Appスイッチャーでmiggを終了してから、もう一度開いてください。
